Imagine a World where every little girl owned at least one dress!
What to bring:
* 1 colorful pillowcase - no white or see through
* 1 pkg. of 1/2 inch wide double fold bias tape
* 1 pair of girls underpants size 6-14 (no cartoon, Disney or wording)
* 1 gallon zip lock bag
* portable sewing matching, scissors, straight pins
